What is your favorite part about working for Infomax?
I thrive on helping our clients get the most out of their equipment by discovering their needs and expectations, understanding workflows and providing valuable business tools that help them reach their goals easily and efficiently. Even though our products are seen as commodities, the way these products are used impact the client’s bottom line. The speed of change in our industry brings tremendous opportunities to improve workflow efficiencies. There are times when our solutions save workers days out of their month; the impact can be astounding. It seems, usually, only 20 percent of the machine’s functions are relevant to most end users, but each account uses different functions. Identifying those functions are key to improving workflows. This is how we deliver value. The fine tuning and dialing in the machine makes a big difference.

When people think that copier training is just showing them where to find the green button to make a copy.
What do you like to do on your days off?
Train dogs (Labrador Retrievers) for Hunt Tests and Field Trails
