How a Color Printer Benefits Business

The use of color can have a powerful effect upon your printed documents. Color draws in your audience, providing you with a better opportunity to get your message across. This is why it’s so important to utilize a reliable, high-quality color printer at your business.

Let’s dig deeper and look at some of the specific benefits you’ll realize from using a color printer in your office.

Stand out from the competition – Color gives your documents a little extra “pop” to help them stand out. Color can play a big role in separating your business from the competition. Try using high-quality, full color logos and images to make your message jump off the page.

Take control – In-house color printing will help your business stay competitive by providing the ability to create high quality, affordable color documents whenever they are needed. This kind of flexibility gives you the power to grow your brand as you see fit. No more need to rely on the schedules of outside vendors to get your color printing done.

Increase brand awareness – Color has a major influence on brand awareness. Utilize color in your marketing materials to create strong brand awareness with your audience. Over time, your clients will grow to recognize your brand immediately just by the color scheme you utilize.

Lower printing costs – While many people assume that color printing is too costly, that’s certainly not the case. In fact, in-house color printing will save you money in the long run. Along with the flexibility that comes along with in-house printing, you also no longer need to pay an outside vendor for your color printing projects.

Increase the clarity of your message – Just think about the difference between a black and white document and a color document when it comes to graphs and images. The color document will be the obvious choice when it comes to the clarity of these items in your documents. At the end of the day, you need your audience to understand and retain your message. That’s what color accomplishes.

Color printing is a tremendous asset for businesses looking for simple ways to reach their target market. Fortunately, an in-house color printer provides this opportunity at an affordable cost. There are various penalties that can be quite severe for businesses that do not comply with regulations.

What is your favorite part about working for Infomax?

The best part of working at Infomax is its family. Everyone is working towards the same goal and everyone from the top down is approachable

What do you love about your job?

The part of my job is learning something new and being able to resolve issues for my customers and Infomax itself

If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

The one meal I could eat every day is a Ham and Turkey sandwich. The only time it would be different is if I grab my sandwich upside down then it would be a Turkey and Ham.

Unique about Infomax:

Favorite Quote:

My Grandfather James O’Connor originally introduced this to me:

THE MAN IN THE GLASS

When you get what you want in your struggle for self

And the world makes you king for a day

Just go to the mirror and look at yourself

And see what that man has to say.

For it isn’t your father, or mother, or wife

Whose judgment upon you must pass

The fellow whose verdict counts most in your life

Is the one staring back from the glass.

He’s the fellow to please – never mind all the rest

For he’s with you, clear to the end

And you’ve passed your most difficult, dangerous test

If the man in the glass is your friend.

You may fool the whole world down the pathway of years

And get pats on the back as you pass

But your final reward will be heartache and tears

If you’ve cheated the man in the glass.

What have you gained by working at Infomax?

I have gained knowledge in the printing industry, something that I had very limited exposure to until coming aboard the Infomax team. It provided a new and exciting career in the world of graphics. It makes the days sometimes challenging, but always exciting.

What do you love about your job?

I love meeting new people and the relationships that have developed over the years. It’s always enjoyable to see the solutions that you provided, help the customer be more efficient and profitable. Seeing the customer asking for your point of view and recommendations for their business.

What is on your bucket list?

I would like to do some traveling to see some of the nation’s national parks. First on my list would be Glacier National Park and Denali National Park. I would enjoy getting back to nature and also seeing the beauty the country has to offer. I also would like to go to Europe and experience different cultures and view the history that countries have to offer.

Infomax has helped me in my career development by gaining experience in many different aspects of my life and helping me along the way with this being my first real full-time job.

What I love most about my job is the people I work with. I spend 40 hours a week here and I love being around all the different personalities and being able to get to know everyone day by day.

I little about myself: I am 19 years old and I was born in Columbus, Ohio (Go Buckeyes)! My favorite things are laying on the beach or hiking in the mountains, and being around my family and friends. What makes me happiest is my dog Oliver; he is a Miniature Dachshund I got in March!

How Document Management Solutions Improve Workflow

Businesses rely on paper to accomplish daily tasks—there’s no question about that. However, when it comes to dealing with the physical paper format, challenges often arise with the storing, managing, editing, and retrieving of this information. Fortunately, a document management solution will allow your business to transition to a digital environment that will drastically improve your workflows.

Whether it’s a hybrid approach or a fully-digital approach, document management is the solution to help evolve the way your business operates on a daily basis. Let’s take a look at exactly how document management will streamline and improve the workflows at your office.

Documents are easy to access at anytime

Think about the last time you had to track down a physical document from a coworker. It probably wasn’t the easiest task to accomplish. A document management solution puts all of your documents into a secure, central location where authorized employees can access them 24/7. You can even utilize search tools to quickly track down specific documents based on keywords or date ranges.

Review, edit, and approve — without any headaches

The back-and-forth that takes place during a review process with paper documents can be a real headache. Document management makes it easier for changes to be made in real time. Employees can simultaneously access documents from any location. For remote employees, this is an excellent tool that will help build employee engagement. Date tracking capabilities also make life easier whenever you need to look back at the timeline of a document.

Eliminate redundant tasks

Filing away physical paper documents is a process that is made up of some very tedious, time-consuming tasks. Document management will streamline your workflows with automated file routing, file prompts, and progress notifications that will make the entire process transpire much faster.

Stay organized

Organization is the key to high-quality workflows. Document management ensures that your documents are properly named and well organized within a centralized system. There’s also a notification system that will ensure all tasks are completed on time. Notification reminders are sent out automatically via e-mail based on the timeline of each specific project.
